The following observations were made regarding this item: *There are no holes or rips in the material of the helmet. *The helmet has no dent but has a few minor scuffs/scratches from shipping. *The helmet clasp functions to get the right fit. *There are no scratches on the lens of the goggles *The clear rubber nonslip strip on the strap of the goggles is defected, it is very messy and sticky as though it was never set properly or even possibly melted. * Item sold as is, all warranties void
