Carving through the morning’s frozen corduroy requires a ski that listens, and the Rossignol Arcade 88 speaks the language of high-speed precision. Built with a Titanal Beam spine that stabilizes the ride without deadening the feel of the PEFC-certified poplar core, this setup behaves like a true extension of your legs. The 88mm waist hits that elusive sweet spot—narrow enough to initiate rapid-fire edge transitions on firm snow, yet substantial enough to float through the afternoon chop when the mountain begins to track out. Paired with the robust SPX 12 GW bindings, you get an uncompromising connection to the snow that inspires total trust when you’re pushing into a steep pitch or navigating variable terrain at pace.
