This model received the new Grip X2 damper, which maintains many of the same properties as the previous Grip 2 damper, and is loaded with multiple high and low-speed compression and rebound adjustments. The change is in the internals of the Grip X2 damper and gives us a wider 24mm base valve for lower pressures and increased sensitivity, as well as more than tripling the number of valves for enhanced tuning capability. The Grip X2 damper is focused on the ultimate downhill performance and is chosen by riders who want unrivaled performance and tunability.
