Wrestling a full-suspension mountain bike or a geometry-defying BMX onto a standard rack shouldn’t be a puzzle that ruins your ride before it begins. Yakima designed the TubeTop to bridge the gap between complex frame designs and the convenience of traditional hitch or trunk-mounted carriers. By clicking into place between your stem and seat post, this steel adapter creates a rock-solid horizontal backbone, effectively turning any unconventional silhouette into a standard platform for transport. The internal spring mechanism makes for a snappy, secure fit that you can swap in seconds, while the thoughtfully molded end caps act as a soft buffer against your bike’s finish.
