This UnNew Zpacks Plex Solo Tent Blue w/ Lite Floor is in Good condition. With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-Light signs of wear

Good condition products have been well loved, but still have life left in them. Signs of wear may include pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, minor but noticeable staining, and other cosmetic imperfections. Small tears or holes may be present, but will not affect the functionality of the item. 

TECH SPECS

• Overlapping storm doors allow for a small amount of airflow without the need for additional venting. There are no zippers on the doors that could potentially fail over time. Keep one door closed for vestibule space, or open both for views and airflow
• The screen door has a rainbow zipper which allows easy entry regardless of which storm door is closed.
• The bathtub floor has tall walls and is recessed from the perimeter to keep you protected from splash-up and condensation. In calm rain or under wet trees one or both doors can be left open for air flow without water dripping or falling into your living space.
• For even better rain protection with a door open, the screen door can be pulled back away from the rain spray using the cords at the end of the floor.
• Tall hikers can add even more head and foot room by propping up the side guylines treking poles
• The durable floor material does not require a separate groundsheet
