The sharp bite of alpine wind vanishes the moment you pull on the Helly Hansen Odin BC Softshell Jacket. Engineered for those who prefer the quiet of the skin track to the buzz of the resort, this piece moves with a fluid, four-way stretch that makes restrictive layering a memory. While you navigate steep switchbacks or push through high-output technical ascents, the fabric breathes with you, venting excess heat through underarm zips the second your heart rate climbs. A PFC-free DWR finish beads away spindrift and light mist, keeping your focus on the summit ridge rather than the shifting weather. Designed with intentional placement, the chest pockets remain fully accessible even when you’re cinched into a climbing harness or weighed down by a heavy pack. With articulated sleeves that mirror your natural reach and a RECCO reflector integrated for added peace of mind in remote terrain, this jacket is built to disappear into the background of your experience, letting you move through the mountains with total, unimpeded confidence.
