Steam rising from a dehydrated meal at 10,000 feet demands more than a flimsy plastic tool that snaps under pressure. SOTO engineered the Pocket Spork to solve the compromise between packability and actual utility. Crafted from resilient stainless steel, this implement features a precise folding mechanism that transitions from a compact stowaway to a full-sized utensil with a satisfying, rock-solid lock. At an ultra-light weight, it disappears into a hip-belt pocket or a tightly packed cook kit, yet it provides the reach and leverage needed to scrape the bottom of a deep freezer-bag meal without getting food on your knuckles. It is a masterclass in minimalist design, stripping away the bulk of a full-length spoon without sacrificing the structural integrity required when you’re miles from the nearest trail head.
