The following observations were made regarding this item: *Paint is scratched off the metal heelcup. *Original packaging has been stapled multiple times to close the box. *Inner component pouch appears to have been opened. *There are no holes or rips in the material. *The sliders and straps function correctly to ensure a proper fit. *There is still plenty of use left for future rides. Sold as is, all warranties void
