Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-tears along edges of fabric at the kickpatches

-small holes at the edges of cuffs

-wear and small spots of abrasions on fabric
