Designed with more insulation than one can comprehend in a single sitting, the Phantom 8000 Thermic HD boots are a high-altitude mountaineering boot that has a super-gaiter, double-boot design and feature an insulated gaiter, boot, inner boot, footbed, and a heated insole. The exterior of the gaiter is completely waterproof with a YKK Flex Seal waterproof zipper. It is made with S-Tech Schoeller Ecorepel Bio fabric which is recycled and Bluesign APPROVED, and the rand of the boot is made with a durable polyurethane for abraision protection. A Vibram NEWFLEX outsole provides unparalleled grip in icy and snowy terrain, and an EVA midsole cushions our step and provides shock absorption. No matter if we are pushing for the summit of Everest on the coldest day of the climbing season, the Scarpa Phantom 8000 Thermic HD Mountaineering boots will have our feet toasty and comfortable.
