WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST

  • If the carrier status states "delivered’", but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days but no longer than 15 days for your order to be delivered. Sometimes the carrier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a re-delivery, so we ask you wait a day just in case.
  • OR

  • If your carrier status is not "delivered" and your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the ship date, we will refund you!

  • WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED

    • Items arrive damaged in transit - bag is wet, stained, torn etc.
    • Some of your order is missing or damaged due to the box/packet opening in transit 

    Please immediately contact us at gearheads@geartrade.com if your items have arrived damaged or if something is missing. Please send over a few photos so we can place the claim, but rest assured, you will not have to wait for the claim to be processed/submitted as we will refund you right away.

    WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

    • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to an invalid or incorrect address information provided by you
    • Normal delays in transit (weather, etc)
    • Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. We'll always ship your order out no later than 5 business days.  We normally ship orders in 1-3 days, so if there is a delay, we'll let you know!
    • Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are in an unsellable condition

    HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM

    If your parcel is lost, damaged, or has not arrived please contact us at gearheads@geartrade.com 

    Our customer service team will happily assist you within 1-2 working days. What to include in your claim:

    • Subject line: CLAIM for order #12345 (your order#)
    • Description of your issue
    • Photo evidence of damage (if any)

    We will continue to track your parcel and should it arrive, we request it be sent back to us at our expense, or if you want to keep it, we can arrange to take payment again if you have already been refunded in full.

    We ask that you do not get in touch with us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.
