Return Policy

We offer a generous no-questions-asked 14 day return policy. Not the right fit or just don't like the color? Return it.

Return and refund requirements:

• The item needs to be in the same condition we sent it to you (keep those tags on). If tags have been removed, an additional $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. Return labels expire 10 days after they have been generated. If you ship back a return with an expired return label, an additional $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Original purchased shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
• All items are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee
• Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment, or in the form of store credit if selected when initiating your return.
• If you are returning an order or item outside of our Redo return portal, please reach out to us directly for instruction.
• Final sale items are not returnable

Redo Returns and Shipping Insurance

We offer our customers the ability to purchase Redo Returns and Shipping Insurance at checkout. By purchasing Redo at checkout:

• Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to easily return eligible items for a refund or store credit and bypassing any shipping label or restocking fees. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Your return shipping label expires 10 days after it is generated. If you ship back a return with an expired return label, an additional $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The $3.99 restocking fee will be waived when you purchase Redo
• Your order is covered for issues that may arise during the shipping process. This includes Lost Packages (no delivery confirmation), Damaged items, and Stolen Packages (delivered but taken after delivery)
• If a covered event happens, you can file a claim and receive an expedited resolution for lost, damaged, and stolen packages.
