Consignor Payment Policy

Sellers, you’re safe with us.

Since Geartrade collects payment from the buyer, consignors are guaranteed payment on completed orders. Once the return window (14 days) passes on the order, we'll send you payment within 24-48 hours.

Since Geartrade handles all the payment processing, the consignor is never liable for a fraudulent purchase. Other marketplaces make sellers file a claim and go through a lengthy process for fraudulent claims, which often puts the burden on the seller. You’ll never jump through these hoops with Geartrade.
