The following observations were made regarding this item: * Has been used. It has a used odor. There is light dirty spots at the bottom of the vest. This comes with the water bottles but not certain if they were used. You may want to toss them out. If you want to use them be sure to give them a good cleaning/wash. Use bottles at your own risk. * No defects found.
