Mammut made it lighter with Vibram Litebase technology and carbon in the midsole for proper stiffness without weight. Vibram's Litebase technology reduces the rubber's thickness to decrease weight, and replaces the rubber with carbon to maintain a solid performance on the mountain. The light, robust, and surprisingly stable Carbitex gaiter includes a waterproof zipper for fast-and-easy coverage, and the removable liner is insulated to keep warm when you're relaxing at base camp. Boa fit dials it all together quickly when it's summit day.
