Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

Shoes display wear consistent with use, with creases, scuffs, fraying and some staining throughout. Outsole tread shows signs of being worn. However shoes are in an acceptable Fair condition with lots of life left in them.
