When the trail turns jagged and the miles start to stack, your feet deserve a space of their own rather than a cramped cage. Altra built the Lone Peak 9 to celebrate the mechanics of your stride, utilizing their signature wide toe box that lets your toes splay naturally with every plant and push-off. The refined ripstop mesh upper manages to be both tough enough to shrug off brambles and breathable enough for high-output mountain efforts, while the Altra EGO midsole strikes that elusive balance between plush landings and snappy responsiveness.
