The Arc'teryx Alpha SV is the gold standard for high-alpine protection, built for those who find their rhythm in the most unforgiving environments on the planet. Its rugged, GORE-TEX PRO Most Rugged reinforcement ensures that jagged rock and driving ice are mere background noise rather than obstacles. Every seam is meticulously taped, and the anatomical shaping moves with you during technical ice climbing or exposed scrambling, never fighting your momentum. Whether you are navigating a whiteout or standing tall against a relentless deluge, the high-volume hood swallows a helmet without sacrificing peripheral sight, keeping the elements out while you focus on the next pitch. It is not just a shell; it is a fortress you wear, engineered to withstand years of abuse while remaining remarkably supple for a piece of gear this armored.
