Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-Left side belt loop has become unattached from the bottom seam, this can be repaird or removed

-Right side belt loop has partially torn from the seam line

-Some scuffs along the reinforced kick guard
