The crisp silence of a skin track at sunrise demands gear that transitions as seamlessly as the light changes across the peaks. Atomic engineered the Hawx Prime XTD 105 W GW to dismantle the divide between resort performance and backcountry exploration. Built on the foundation of Prolite construction, this boot sheds excess material to save your energy for the ascent without compromising the rigid backbone necessary to drive wide skis through variable resort chop. The friction-free pivot ensures every stride feels natural rather than forced, while the Free/Lock 4.0 mechanism anchors you securely for the descent. Inside, the Mimic Gold liner actively learns the contours of your anatomy through a heat-moldable process, eliminating hotspots before you ever click into your bindings. Whether you are navigating technical couloirs or carving corduroy at high speeds, the combination of a 105 flex and tech-compatible GripWalk soles provides the confidence to seek out whatever terrain captures your imagination next.
