When the ridgeline narrows and the snow transition from wind-scoured crust to hidden powder pockets, the Black Crows Navis Freebird shifts gears without hesitation. This is a ski built for the long haul, pairing a nimble poplar and paulownia core with a strategic titanal plate underfoot to provide a rock-solid platform when the terrain turns technical. By blending a stiff, consistent flex with a semi-cap construction, Black Crows has crafted a tool that feels calm and composed at speed yet agile enough to pivot in an instant, making it the primary choice for those who view the entire mountain as their personal playground.
