A low-profile hood fits comfortably under a helmet, making the piece easy to integrate into a climbing or skiing layering system. Black Diamond also adds a zip chest pocket for quick-access storage and lightweight stretch cuffs with integrated thumb loops to keep sleeves in place when layering up. The full-length zipper makes it easier to dump heat on the move, while the slim profile helps it sit smoothly beneath a shell or disappear into a pack when conditions shift.
