That fabric package, made from a 180 gsm blend of polyester, nylon, and elastane, gives the hoody a soft technical feel with enough stretch for active movement. A low-profile hood fits comfortably under a helmet, making the piece easy to integrate into a climbing or skiing layering system. Black Diamond also adds a zip chest pocket for quick-access storage and lightweight stretch cuffs with integrated thumb loops to keep sleeves in place when layering up.
