The pants use a four-way-stretch double-weave softshell fabric with a PFAS-free DWR finish, giving them weather resistance and mobility without the rigid feel of a full hardshell. That 235 gsm nylon-blend fabric is built to move freely on the skin track while still standing up to everyday winter wear. Removable, adjustable suspenders and a Velcro-adjustable waist with belt loops make the fit easy to fine-tune, while updated articulation through the knees and hips improves freedom of movement. Two zip thigh vents help release heat on the climb, and two zippered thigh pockets handle essentials, with the right pocket adding a low-profile electronics sleeve and tether cord. Integrated snow gaiters, boot-access side zips, reinforced instep patches, and a seat gusset round out the mountain-specific construction, and the listed inseam comes in at 31.25 inches.
