Their BD.dry waterproof, breathable, and windproof construction pairs with a stretch 3-layer fabric and a wool-blend jersey backer, giving the jacket a more comfortable feel without sacrificing performance. Extended two-way armpit zip vents make it easier to dump heat on climbs or during fast transitions, while underarm gussets help preserve range of motion. Storage is a major strength here, with two hand pockets, two chest pockets, two internal stretch-mesh drop pockets, and a lift pass pocket on the left arm. A built-in stretch powder skirt adds another barrier on deep days when snow is finding every opening. The brushed microsuede standup collar and custom-molded cuff tabs round out a shell that feels purpose-built for winter use.
