Crisp morning air meets the rhythmic sound of steel carving into fresh corduroy, and that is where the Blizzard Black Pearl 84 finds its rhythm. Built with a sophisticated Trueblend wood core, these skis masterfully dampen high-speed chatter, allowing for smooth, intuitive transitions between icy morning groomers and the softer, chopped-up snow that emerges by the afternoon. The 84mm waist creates an incredibly snappy platform that invites you to challenge your edge angles, while the rocker-camber-rocker profile ensures that turning feels effortless rather than demanding. Paired with Look Xpress 10 bindings, the entire system feels like an extension of your own movement, providing the stability required to charge hard and the agility to navigate tighter sections of the mountain with surgical precision.

TECH SPECS

Blizzard Black Peal 88

  • Rokcer Type
    • Rocker Camber Rocker: Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow.
  • Core TrueBlend W.S.D. Core:
    • TrueBlend core of Beech with seven stringers of Poplar, tailor-made for each length of ski, using lighter Women's Specific Design woods.
  • Laminates
    • Two-Piece W.S.D. Titanal Laminate for Grip and Stability: No longer a single sheet of Titanal, the 2025 Black Pearl uses a two-piece laminate with a sheet of fiberglass in between the layers. The upper layer of metal resembles the shape of the FluxForm Titanal layer in the Sheeva skis and the lower layer fills in the gap in the center
