Carving through the first sun-drenched corduroy of the morning or navigating the unpredictable texture of afternoon refreeze, the Blizzard Black Pearl 94 handles the mountain’s changing personality with effortless composure. At its heart lies the TrueBlend Flipcore construction, a sophisticated blend of woods that tailors the flex specifically to the ski’s length, ensuring you feel glued to the slope during high-speed arcs. While the 94mm waist provides a nimble platform for quick edge-to-edge transitions, the full sandwich sidewall and integrated carbon layers act as a suspension system, absorbing chatter and providing a damp, confident feel through variable snow. Paired with the reliable Look NX 12 bindings, this setup bridges the gap between precision performance and an intuitive ride.

TECH SPECS

Blizzard Black Pearl 94

  • Rocker Type
    • Rocker Camber Rocker: Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow.
  • Core
    • TrueBlend W.S.D. All Mountain Core: TrueBlend core of Beech with seven stringers of Poplar, tailor-made for each length of ski, using lighter Women's Specific Design woods
  • Laminates
    • Two-Piece W.S.D. Titanal Laminate for Grip and Stability: No longer a single sheet of Titanal, the 2025 Black Pearl uses a two-piece laminate with a sheet of fiberglass in between the layers.
  • Sidewalls
    • Sandwich Compound Sidewall: All Blizzard skis with the exception of some junior skis are built with ABS or Phenol sidewalls for superior performance (stability, power transmission, handling) and durability
  • Base
    • Sintered Graphite Base
  • Terrain: All-mountain
  • Tail Type: Partial twin tip
  • Dimensions (Tip/Waist/Tail): 131/94/113 mm

Look NX 12

  • Full Action Toe | 45 mm Elasticity: Featuring 45mm of elastic travel and 180⁰ multi-directional release, the Full Action toe piece delivers best-in-class retention and release and increased coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface) for maximum power transmission
  • 180˚ Multi-Directional Release: A true mechanical upward release that functions independently from the heel for the most effective multi-directional protection in the case of a fall
  • Dual Standard Concept (ISO 5355 Alpine and GripWalk): Look strategically reinforced the toe housing, increased the toe ramp, elongated the toe-wings, and created a toe that is compatible with both ISO 5355 Alpine and GripWalk soles
