The biting sting of a crisp morning descent usually signals the end of comfortable riding, but the Castelli Toe Thingy 2 acts as a strategic barrier against that initial chill. By sealing off the aggressive ventilation found on the front of performance cycling shoes, these low-profile covers transform drafty footwear into reliable protection for shoulder-season miles. The design relies on a flexible, windproof material that hugs the contours of the shoe, ensuring a streamlined silhouette that stays put during high-cadence efforts.
