Up for sale is a rare piece of vintage Italian cycling history: a Cinelli Altera drop handlebar featuring 3T's proprietary MHaB (Molecular Hardening Beam) surface treatment. Manufactured in Italy during the late 1990s/early 2000s, this bar represents the peak of aluminum component engineering from cycling's golden era. The MHaB shot-peening treatment significantly increases fatigue resistance, providing a remarkably stiff, responsive, and durable handlebar for aggressive riding. It pairs perfectly with classic Cinelli setups—especially the iconic Cinelli Alter stem—making it an absolute must-have for vintage road restorations, retro racing rigs, or high-end fixed-gear builds.
