The clouds above the ridgeline are turning a bruised shade of purple, but you aren't turning back. Pulling these EMS GORE-TEX Performance Shell Rain Pants on over your trekking layers takes seconds, even with boots on, thanks to convenient ankle zippers. The durable nylon shell acts as a fortress against sudden alpine deluges and biting gusts, while the inner mesh lining provides some much needed breathability. When the sun finally breaks through the mist, the pants compress down to stow into a pack.
