Product Condition: The Essential Chair is in Fair condition. This item was previously owned for 3.5 months. All items sold as is, all warranties are void. The following observations were made regarding this item: * Has been used. The fabric is pretty clean but it has loose sandy dirt here and there. The seam is ripped and fraying on the bottom of the left hand rest. It is about an inch long. The metal support end shows. You might be able to patch it but not certain. The legs and feet all look fine and are in working condition. This comes with a storage carry wrap bag, this bag also has some loose sandy dirt. * No other defects found.
