The wind cuts across the ridge, but inside the Filson Neoshell Reliance Jacket, the climate remains entirely your own. This piece is engineered for those moments when the exertion of a steep ascent meets the biting reality of alpine weather. By utilizing Polartec® NeoShell® fabric, the jacket stops rain and snow in their tracks while actively shedding the internal heat that typically makes hard shells feel like a personal sauna. You get the rugged reliability Filson is known for, stripped of bulk and replaced with articulated sleeves that mirror your natural reach, whether you are scrambling over granite or maneuvering through dense timber. Every seam is sealed and every zipper is fortified against moisture, creating a fortress that remains surprisingly supple against the body. It bridges the gap between static protection and active movement, ensuring you stay dry from the inside out regardless of how hard you push the pace on the trail.
