The Firebrand II features Oboz's Sawtooth sole, which extends the lugs of the sole up around the sides of the shoe to offer additional traction when traversing side-sloping and deeply rutted trails. A nylon shank in the dual-density midsole adds stability when hiking across scree fields, and the BFit Deluxe insole offers a comfortable and supportive fit right out of the box.
