Products in Fair condition have seen their share of adventure, but could still find their right home. Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-upper is in fair condition from age and use, but the soles appear to have recently been resoled

-these were shipped to us folded backwards in the box, so the arch is curved the wrong way, but this can likely be corrected 

-glue coming out along seams, has soaked in and bloated the suede near the heel a bit
