The sturdy uppers mix high-tenacity nylon with water-resistant suede leather to protect our feet as we stomp through rocks, roots, and sharp vegetation on our way to the summit. We like the stability and support underfoot with durable PU midsoles along with the reinforced heel cup and toe cap to stabilize our ankles and protect our toes from stubs and black-and-blue toenails. To top it all off, the Fugitive features the waterproofing and breathability of GORE-TEX and sturdy rubber outsoles that are made for serious trails and off trail hikes.
