Carving into a sun-drenched cat track at dawn requires a deck that understands the nuance of your movement, and the GNU Riders Choice Asym C2x is built to translate that intuition into pure kinetic energy. Because your heels and toes have different mechanical needs, the asymmetrical twin shape leans into your body’s natural geometry, making hard-charging carves on variable snow feel less like a struggle and more like a fluid conversation with the mountain. The C2x contour provides that sweet spot of rocker between your feet for effortless maneuverability, while the camber zones underfoot ensure you have the explosive pop needed to gap slushy side-hits or clear the biggest features in the park. When conditions harden into icy patches, the serrated Magne-Traction edges bite with surgical precision, keeping you locked in when others are skidding out. With a lively Aspen and Paulownia core wrapped in a balanced glass fiber layup, this board feels snappy underfoot without being punishing, offering the versatility to chase powder stashes in the morning and transition seamlessly to high-speed laps on groomers by the afternoon.
