Big Agnes built the Gold Camp around a sturdy polyester taffeta with 1500mm waterproof polyurethane coating that handles three-season precipitation without drama. Adjustable stake-out loops make the pitch simple to dial in on varied terrain, reflective mid-body guy-out points add structure visibility in the dark, and a single door with storm flap and low vent technology keeps airflow moving without letting the weather in. An interior loop system offers compatibility with the optional Gold Camp Mesh Inner, gear lofts, and mtnGLO lights for trips where extra protection or organization is worth the added weight. At just under four pounds on trail, the Gold Camp 3 Tarp gives a group of three a genuine basecamp rather than just a place to wait out the night.
