Hoka Speedgoat 5 Trail Running Shoes - Women's

The mountain doesn’t care about your pacing, but it will certainly notice your grip. When the trail turns into a chaotic scramble of loose scree and slick granite, Hoka Speedgoat 5 delivers a sense of unshakable confidence. The revamped Vibram Megagrip outsole features tiered lugs that bite into soft dirt and latch onto technical rock with equal ferocity, turning jittery descents into controlled, fluid momentum. Beneath your feet, a refined CMEVA foam midsole balances pillowy impact protection with the snappy responsiveness needed to push through a long-distance ascent. The upper feels almost intuitive; the recycled jacquard mesh adapts to the natural swelling of your feet as miles stack up, while the lay-flat gusseted tongue keeps debris exactly where it belongs—on the trail, not in your shoe.
