La Sportiva builds their Flow Headband as a lightweight accessory for mountain running and other high-output outdoor sessions. Their quick-drying fabric helps manage moisture so the headband stays comfortable during sweaty efforts. The soft stretch blend uses polyester and elastane for a secure feel that moves naturally with the body. A regular fit keeps the design simple and easy to wear during training or race-day use. The low-profile construction makes it easy to pair with other running layers and accessories. At a listed 15 grams, the headband adds useful sweat management with almost no pack or pocket burden. With a minimal build focused on comfort and moisture control, this headband is a practical addition to warm-weather trail kits.
