La Sportiva's Levante was developed through direct collaboration with athletes, resulting in a long-distance trail shoe shaped around fit, support, and efficient movement. The upper is built to encase, support, and protect the foot without feeling restrictive. A knit gaiter, wrapping system, and ergonomic heel structure work together to hold the foot securely and reduce slipping inside the shoe. XFlow nitrogen-infused supercritical foam provides cushioning, reactivity, and stability with a lighter feel than traditional expanded EVA. Bio-based XFlow chemistry replaces a portion of traditional ethylene in the midsole, adding a thoughtful materials story to the performance platform. Trail Rocker geometry promotes a smooth heel-to-toe roll, while flex grooves add flexibility and agility for demanding runners. La Sportiva's FriXion XF 2.0 outsole, FLEX inserts, and 3.5mm lugs give the Levante confident grip for long trail outings.
