Compressibility is a major benefit, with the piece packing down to about the size of an apple. Specialized down chambers maximize thermal performance during belays, breaks, and sub-zero pauses. A super-light recycled Pertex Quantum exterior uses tightly woven construction to help improve insulation efficiency. The downproof shell also delivers high abrasion resistance for demanding alpine terrain.
