The scent of damp pine needles and the crunch of scree underfoot demand footwear that functions as a structural partner rather than just an accessory. Lowa designed these boots for the miles that matter most, when your pack is heavy and the ridge line ahead seems to stretch into the horizon. With a robust nubuck leather exterior encased in a high-wall rubber rand, they shrug off jagged shale and thick brush with ease, while the GORE-TEX membrane acts as a reliable firewall against sudden alpine storms or muddy valley crossings.
