Carbon fiber handlebars on a mountain bike once meant taking a leap of faith, but with brands like ENVE Composites thats all but a distant memory as carbon fiber components now safely drop grams and improve the ride quality. With 11-years of experience, ENVE's track record with carbon components makes other manufacturers well, just a little envious. The 760mm M5 Handlebar is a perfect example of ENVE's incredible ability to take advantage of carbon fiber's unique properties to improve your riding and racing experience.

These bars are lightweight and extremely tough and one thing that has always set ENVE bars apart are its ability to absorb vibration and this is readily apparent on these trail tuned versions. Constant vibration from the trail causes hand and wrist numbness and premature fatigue, however, with ENVE's intelligent layup and design, the M5 Handlebar is a perfect example of how a bar can be built strong enough for hits and drops, but still light enough for gram counting XC racers.

The bar was developed by riders for riders and was developed utilizing extensive feedback from numerous test rides from employees and sponsored racers providing the ideal equilibrium between weight, ride quality and strength. The 760mm wide bar can be trimmed down to 720mm as ENVE doesn't recommend going shorter than that as it begins to hamper its intended ride quality. The nine-degree rearward sweep keeps your wrists in a relaxed, neutral position and the bar provides a +/- 5mm rise. 192-grams of goodness plus the inclusion of color decals make this bar a top pick for your cross country rocket.
