Underneath, the NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole provides a solid balance of stiffness and comfort for efficient power transfer without sacrificing rideability. The shoe is compatible with 3-bolt road cleats and can also accommodate 2-bolt cleats with an adapter, making it a versatile choice for a variety of riding setups.
