Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-some small abrasions and holes in fabrics

-mesh is torn on left shoulder strap

-missing reservoir

-discoloration and dirt on exterior

-light campfire odor 

-missing tool pouch

-elastic on shoulder straps for reservoir hose is stretched out
