The shell is made from 100% recycled polyester ripstop, treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish, making it resistant to both wind and water. The vest is also equipped with two zippered handwarmer pockets and an internal zippered chest pocket that doubles as a stuffsack with a carabiner clip-in loop.
