Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-abrasions and a series of small holes on right thigh near both hand and thigh pockets

-wear on seat

-pilling on fleece lining

-wear on edges of cuffs

-small abrasions and holes on lower legs and cuffs
