Product Condition: The Performance 3L Pant - Men's is in Fair condition. This item was previously owned for 2 months. All items sold as is, all warranties are void. The following observations were made regarding this item: * Has been worn and has some dirt at the ankle areas. There is some light fabric wear at the bottom of the ankles on the fabric. There is a patch of dirt above the right knee. The logo on the front had worn off some in places. The back side has scattered dirt from use at the waist and seat area. Not certain if the dirt mentioned will all come off in a good cleaning. * No other defects found.

We built these with a 3-layer stretch woven shell with a 15k/15k waterproof/breathability rating to keep us dry and comfortable in any conditions and added a brushed tricot laminate backing for added softness and breathability. We added a belt with a magnetic buckle and a shock cord loop for a secure, customized fit, while zippered thigh vents dump out hot air when the sun starts to heat up.
