Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed:  

-Older item age, Precision Mountaineering is no longer in business

-Some light stains in various areas of the pant, these appear as though they can be washed out

-Wear/fading of the non-slip material along the internal ankle gaiters

-Scuffs and scratches towards the bottom cuffs of the pant
