Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form.
With this item, the following damages were observed:
- older, seems to have been in storage for a bit

- Pieces for rolling door out etc seem to not be attached anymore -- will need some repair help
