The REI Co-op Midweight Base Layer Bottoms act as a reliable second skin. We’ve engineered the polyester-spandex blend to act like a personal climate control system, pulling moisture away from the body while trapping heat where it matters most. The interior is brushed to a velvet-like softness, ensuring that irritation stays off the agenda during long hauls in the backcountry. With flat seams that vanish against the skin and a stay-put elastic fit, these bottoms disappear under snow pants or hiking trousers, letting the focus remain entirely on the next ridge.
